Audio Everywhere ships worldwide from our Goslar warehouse — free shipping within Germany from €250 order value, EU-wide from €350, and to Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom from €1,000. Used units leave the warehouse within 1–2 business days, insured via DHL, DPD or Hermes; bulky units over 30 kg are delivered by a freight carrier.

How quickly is my order processed?
Used items ship within 1–2 business days after payment is received. For new items, the processing time is stated on the respective product page. For deliveries to non-EU countries with a goods value above €1,000, processing takes 2–5 business days because export documents and customs papers need to be prepared (Terms § 5).
Which shipping methods are available?
Depending on size and weight, parcels are shipped with DHL, DPD or Hermes. Bulky or heavy units — such as speakers or amplifiers over 30 kg — are delivered by a freight carrier to the curbside. Free pickup in 38644 Goslar is possible at any time by appointment.
Who bears the shipping risk?
For consumers, Audio Everywhere bears the shipping risk until the goods are handed over; every shipment is insured. If a parcel arrives damaged, we cover the return shipping costs.
What applies to international shipping?
For deliveries outside the EU, German VAT is deducted at checkout. Import duties, import VAT and customs fees of the destination country are borne by the buyer (Terms § 10). Your personal delivery window is calculated on every product page directly above the add-to-cart button.
