Tax information:
Audio Everywhere is a VAT-liable business under § 2 UStG.
For used items, the margin scheme according to § 25a UStG applies; therefore, VAT is not itemized separately.
For new or full-VAT items shipped within the EU, VAT is handled via the OSS scheme at the applicable rate of the destination country.
Deliveries to non-EU countries are VAT-exempt under § 4 Nr. 1a UStG, provided a valid export document is available.
Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days after receipt of payment, as long as the goods are in stock.
For pre-orders, the delivery times specified in the product description apply.
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on destination, weight, and size.
In case of transport damage:
Please report any visible transport damage within 7 days of receiving the goods.
After this period, shipping companies no longer accept claims.
Shipping conditions:
Shipping costs are fully displayed at checkout and reflect actual size, weight, and insurance costs.
– Orders above €2,500 require additional insurance
– Shipments above €1,000 outside the EU require export documentation (already included in the shipping fee)
Important:
Import duties, customs fees, or import VAT may apply depending on the destination country.
These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.
You may return ordered items within 14 days of receipt.
14-day return guarantee:
If the parcel arrives damaged, Audio Everywhere covers the return shipping costs.
Return shipping and loss of value:
In all other cases, the buyer covers return shipping costs.
A deduction applies if the value of the item decreases due to unnecessary handling. This includes:
– visible signs of use
– opened or missing original packaging
– damaged accessories
– activated software or registered products

Goods remain the property of Audio Everywhere until full payment has been received.
Used items:
There is no statutory warranty for used equipment. Only the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under § 355 BGB applies.
New items:
New products include the statutory 24-month warranty period.
Manufacturer warranties may apply depending on the product.
Please refer to the product description or contact the manufacturer directly for warranty claims.
Audio Everywhere is only liable for transport damage if improper packaging can be proven.

All sound carriers are excluded from return or exchange after customers have inspected them in-store.
Statutory rights regarding defects remain unaffected.
Audio Everywhere offers a voluntary 14-day return period for used HiFi equipment.
Condition must be unchanged and complete.
No return accepted in cases of improper handling or misuse.
New devices come with a 2-year statutory warranty, plus any applicable manufacturer warranties.
Excluded from return or exchange.
Liability follows statutory regulations.
No liability for damage caused by improper use, external interference, moisture, or overvoltage.
Goods remain the property of Audio Everywhere until fully paid.
Personal data is only processed when necessary for warranty or guarantee purposes relating to new goods.
