Shipping Conditions – Audio Everywhere

Welcome to Audio Everywhere ! We place great importance on secure, fast, and transparent shipping . Below you will find all relevant information about our shipping processes and conditions.

1. Shipping time

Shipping usually takes place within 2 working days after receipt of payment , provided the item is in stock .
For pre-orders, delivery times apply according to the product description .

2. Shipping service provider

We work with reliable shipping partners , depending on the destination region, shipping method, and value of the goods. These include:

  • DHL

  • German postal service

  • UPS (especially for international shipments or goods valued over €1,000)

If necessary, we reserve the right to use other suitable service providers to ensure safe and efficient shipping.

3. Shipping costs

The shipping costs are displayed transparently in the checkout and depend on size, weight, insurance value and destination country .
They already contain:

  • Packaging material

  • Shipping costs

  • Insurance costs (up to €500)

Additional shipping surcharges:

  • For orders with a value of goods over 500 € : surcharge for transport insurance

  • For orders over €1,000 outside the EU : Fee for export documentation (e.g. export accompanying document)
    All surcharges mentioned are already included in the shipping costs and are provided solely for cost transparency.

4. International deliveries

We ship worldwide.
Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination country.

Important:
Customs duties, import taxes or import sales taxes in the recipient country are not included in the shipping costs and are to be borne by the buyer .
Audio Everywhere has no influence on these charges.

5. Packaging

All items are shipped using high-quality packaging materials and, if necessary, secured with double or padded straps.
Especially when it comes to sensitive or rare audio technology, we attach great importance to transport safety.

6. Shipment tracking

After shipping, you will automatically receive a tracking number with which you can track the shipment at any time.
