2. Offer and conclusion of contract
The products shown represent a non-binding offer.
A binding purchase contract is concluded as soon as we confirm your order or ship the goods.
All items offered are unique, used or new, unless otherwise stated.

All prices are in euros (€) and include – where applicable – statutory VAT.
Shipping costs are shown separately and transparently during checkout.

Tax information:
Audio Everywhere is a VAT-registered seller according to Section 2 UStG.
For used items, I apply differential taxation according to Section 25a of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG); therefore, there is no separate VAT statement.
For new or regularly taxed goods within the EU, VAT is paid via the OSS procedure at the tax rate of the respective country of destination.
Deliveries to third countries (outside the EU) are exempt from VAT according to Section 4 No. 1a UStG, provided that a valid export certificate is provided.
4. Shipping and delivery
Shipping usually takes place within 2 working days after receipt of payment , provided the goods are in stock .
For pre-orders, the delivery times stated in the respective product description apply.
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the destination country as well as the weight and size of the goods.
In case of transport damage:
Please report any damage within 7 days of receipt of the goods .
After this period has expired, a refund from the shipping company is no longer possible.
Shipping conditions

Shipping costs are fully displayed during checkout and are based on the actual size, weight and insurance costs of the shipment.

For products with a value above €2,500, additional insurance costs apply.

For goods with a value of over €1,000 that are shipped outside the EU , an additional fee will be charged for the export documentation .
These additional costs are already included in the shipping costs and serve to ensure price transparency.
Important NOTE:
Import fees, customs duties or import sales taxes may apply depending on the destination country.
These costs are not included in the shipping costs and are entirely the responsibility of the buyer. Audio Everywhere has no control over the amount of these charges.
5. Return and refund
You have the right to return ordered items within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
14-day return guarantee:
If the package arrives damaged, Audio Everywhere will cover the return shipping costs.
Return costs and replacement value:
In all other cases, the buyer shall bear the direct return costs.
Compensation must be paid if the loss of value of the goods is due to unnecessary handling to check their quality, properties, and functionality. This applies in particular to:

6. Retention of title
The delivered goods remain the property of Audio Everywhere until full payment has been made.
7. Warranty and Liability
Used items:
There is no statutory warranty for used devices. Only the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 355 of the German Civil Code (BGB) applies.
New articles:
New products are subject to the statutory warranty period of 24 months .
In addition, a manufacturer's warranty may apply. The terms and duration of the manufacturer's warranty depend on the respective manufacturer's specifications. Please refer to the information in the product description or contact the manufacturer directly in the event of a warranty claim.
Audio Everywhere is only liable for transport damage if it can be proven that the packaging was improper.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
