NESSIE ProPlus+ Record Cleaning Machine

The NESSIE ProPlus+ is a record cleaning machine with a combination brush and an electric dosing system. It is manufactured in workshop production in Seevetal near Hamburg.

• Two built-in tanks: a cleaning fluid tank (450 ml) and a waste water tank (450 ml). The waste water tank is emptied via a drain hose; the hose clamp is held magnetically at the lower edge of the unit.
• Electric dosing: The cleaning fluid is filled through the opening at the front left (funnel included) and dosed directly into the combination brush at the push of a button.
• Combination brush: a microfibre brush and a NESSIE Premium brush. Both brush heads are mounted on a floating suspension and adapt to unevenness of the record. The Premium brush is made of abrasion-free industrial-grade fibres and is produced in the Black Forest.
• Automatic reversal of rotation: The platter reverses direction after several rotations, which realigns the brush bristles.
• Regulated suction: When the suction arm is swung over the record, suction begins automatically; the suction power adapts and ends automatically after one reversal of rotation.
• Puck: made of hard-chromed aluminium with a rubber lip seal to protect the label. It seals by its own weight, without screws or clamps.
• Housing: 8 mm deep-black carbon acrylic with chrome and stainless steel elements, platter made of satin-finished acrylic.
• Anti-static protection: grounding of the centre spindle and the lateral metal supports, an anti-static platter mat, and the anti-static cleaning fluid "Vinylin".
• Wash timer: LED-lit button indicating the recommended minimum wash time.
• Sound insulation: Basotect insulation (BASF), turbine noise below 60 dB.
• Tested: according to the testing requirements of the EU Machinery Directive, CE-tested and certified.

Electronic devices (amplifiers, streamers, CD players, turntables)

Operate only in dry, enclosed indoor spaces. Avoid moisture, direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Use only the specified mains voltage — do not overload power strips. Do not switch on devices with damaged cables or housings. Keep ventilation slots clear: at least 10 cm distance from walls and other devices. Place stably and securely — no open liquid containers nearby. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Speakers

Place on a stable surface or suitable stands. No moisture, no direct sunlight. Operate only with matching amplifiers and correctly polarised cables. Do not use as a storage surface. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Cables (speaker cables, RCA, power cables)

Use only for the intended purpose. Always pull by the plug, never by the cable. Avoid kinks, sharp edges and pressure from heavy objects. Replace visibly damaged cables immediately. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Accessories (adapters, mounts, cleaning agents, styli, headshells)

Use only according to the manufacturer's instructions. No aggressive cleaning agents, no damp environments. Store small parts safely due to choking hazard. Mount accessories correctly to avoid damage or malfunction.

General notes

Taxes and pricing according to German VAT law (UStG)

Consumers in Germany and the EU

All prices include the applicable VAT according to § 1 para. 1 in conjunction with § 12 UStG. Taxation within the EU follows the One-Stop-Shop procedure under § 18j UStG. The VAT rate of the respective destination country applies.

Deliveries to third countries (outside the EU)

Deliveries outside the EU are VAT-exempt according to § 4 no. 1a UStG in conjunction with § 6 UStG. German VAT is deducted from the displayed price — you pay the net price. Used products (margin scheme)

For used products we apply the margin scheme according to § 25a UStG. In this case, no VAT is shown.

B-stock

B-stock items do not fall under the margin scheme. Regular VAT applies to B-stock and is shown accordingly.
