For credit card processing, we use the service of Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland. Stripe processes your payment data both as a processor (Art. 28 GDPR) and, in part, as an independent controller within the meaning of Art. 4 No. 7 GDPR. Klarna

If you select Klarna payment options, your personal data will be transmitted to Klarna Bank AB, Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden. Klarna may carry out a credit check. Bank Transfer in Advance / Purchase on Account

When paying by advance bank transfer or invoice, only the data necessary for invoicing and accounting is processed. No transmission to external payment service providers takes place.

8. Shipping Service Providers

In order to deliver your order, we forward your delivery address and, if applicable, your name to the respective shipping service provider (e.g. DHL, DPD, Hermes). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

9. Google Analytics 4Our website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your use of our website. We have activated IP anonymization, so that your IP address is shortened within the EU/EEA before transmission. A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with Google.

Newsletter sending system (self-developed, no third-party provider):

Our newsletter is sent via our own internally developed system. Emails are sent via our email account hosted at Strato AG (info@audio-everywhere.com). No email addresses or other subscriber data are passed on to external newsletter service providers.

Note on AI-assisted processing (Claude / Anthropic):

For the creation of newsletter content, we use the AI system Claude from Anthropic, PBC, 548 Market St, PMB 90375, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA. This does not happen with every newsletter, but regularly to support content creation. In individual cases, personal data such as your name may be passed to the AI system for personalization of email content.

Data transfers to the USA take place on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework as well as, additionally, on the basis of EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR). Anthropic has contractually committed not to use transmitted data for training its own models and not to store it permanently.

16. Data Transfer to Third Countries

Some of the services we use (in particular Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok, Claude/Anthropic) transfer data to the USA or other third countries. Transfers take place on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision by the EU Commission of 10 July 2023) and, additionally, on the basis of EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR).

17. Retention Period

Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary:

• Order data and invoices: 10 years (§ 147 AO, § 257 HGB)

• Communication data (emails, inquiries): 3 years (§ 195 BGB)

• Newsletter subscriber data: until withdrawal of consent

• Web analytics data (GA4): 14 months

• Server log files: 7 to 30 days
