Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but its use is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal. For this refund we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or incorrect delivery: If an item arrives defective or not as described, Audio Everywhere will bear the full return shipping costs. Please contact us before returning the item at info@audio-everywhere.com so that we can provide a return label.
- Withdrawal without defect (at buyer’s request): If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal without the goods being defective, you will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. This also applies to deliveries from abroad.
You will only have to compensate for any diminished value of the goods if such diminished value results from handling them in a way other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to § 312g (2) BGB, there is no right of withdrawal for:
- goods that are not prefabricated and are manufactured based on an individual selection or specification by the consumer, or that are clearly tailored to personal needs (§ 312g (2) No. 1 BGB);
- sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery (§ 312g (2) No. 3 BGB).

Information on Returns
Please note the following when returning an item:
- Please contact us before shipping by email at info@audio-everywhere.com, so we can register the return and, if applicable, issue a return label.
- Please return the goods in their original packaging or equivalent packaging to avoid transport damage.
- For returns from outside Germany: Please always coordinate with us in advance, as unannounced returns may cause customs complications.
- After receipt and inspection of the goods, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days using the original payment method.
